Someone did their homework: great location, great outdoor decor with additional seating inside. Family-friendly a bit on the loud side but we were here on a beautiful June Friday night and I got to say: flawless. It's find your own table then order at the counter and you will be served when food is ready. Great bbq. I had the sampler and all of it (ribs, chicken, brisket and pulled pork) was amazing. They have beer and wine and will expand their offering once the outdoor bar is up and running. Service was fantastic with a can-do attitude

There for the first time. Was satisfactory. We only shared the BBQ nachos for $13.00. Opted for the BBQ chicken because out of pulled pork. Tender, meaty pieces of chicken. The nachos were only missing guacamole but we enjoyed it for lunch. Also enjoyed the side of Mac & Cheese for $2.50. There are refills on the soda. (Glad I asked) young staff were very attentive. Find a table, choose from the menu, head up to the cashier and they'll walk it to you when done. They have 2-3 games outside for kids. There's a HUGE "Jenga" game outside. And a toss set. There's also picnic size tables under the tent, more for families. My only complaint was there's too much time spent at the cashier. They must need to work that out.

Brilliant idea, brilliantly executed. Take the team behind the excellent Dog Watch Cafe in Stonington, throw in some stellar BBQ, and top it off with great outdoor seating and a "backyard picnic" vibe, and you have Dog Watch BBQ. It'll be hard not to stop every time I drive by.

I have to say that I enjoyed dogwatch bbq. Hard to find really good bbq in Rhode Island and Connecticut but this place was amazing. My date told me about this place and we had to check it out, it was the perfect night for some bbq. We looked threw the menu and decided on the pulled pork, brisket and ribs combo. The sides we had were baked beans and Mac n cheese, we also the dogwatch tacos which were just as good. I have to say i will definitely come back here again for some more bbq.

I visited for the first time last night & was so impressed I was compelled to leave a review. First off the decor/ atmosphere are on point! So cute & welcoming while providing privacy from route 1. We were very happy to see Dan Watson playing live music for the evening when we got there!!

We were a party of 8. Everyone in our group ordered something different & everything was enjoyed. Most notably the pulled pork, collard greens, mac n cheese, & brisket.

Prices are awesome. Our bill was $140 with tip (for a party of 8?! With 3 beers?! Can't be beat). The food came out super fast despite being busy. We will be back!!!!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Sitting outside and eating while enjoying good music was great. The food was good and so were the prices, great portions. I'll definitely go back.

We found this place while we were out for a drive from Little Compton, RI with our 2 dogs. The ribs were tender and tastier that I ever expected. We loved the chicken wings and the baked beans too. Most of all, the wait staff were enormously friendly and smiled with us and all their customers. A pleasant surprise to find during our adventure.

My family and I found Dog Watch BBQ as we were driving through the area, and I'm so glad we did! The food is amazing. We had brisket, pulled pork, ribs, a cheeseburger, fries, macaroni and cheese and cornbread. It was all perfectly cooked and totally delicious. Great beer selections also. Fantastic atmosphere and although it is family-friendly it is appealing to those without children as well. The service was very quick, the employees happy and friendly, and the prices reasonable. It's about an hour drive from where we live, but we will definitely go back!
